Consumption Tax

Consumption tax will be charged in addition to the product price.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of ¥1,500 (tax included) applies nationwide.
Orders of ¥22,000 (tax included) or more per delivery address qualify for free shipping.

Payment Deadline

Payment must be completed within 3 days of placing your order.
If payment is not confirmed within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled as it will be considered that there is no intention to purchase.

Defective Products

In the case of an initial defect discovered within 7 days of the delivery date, we will provide a replacement or repair.

Shipping Schedule

Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

Our regular holidays are Monday and Wednesday. Additional irregular holidays will be announced on the online store’s homepage and Instagram.

Delays due to weather conditions, carrier circumstances, or other unforeseen reasons will be notified by email or other means.

    Returns & Exchanges
    Please be sure to check that there are no defects in the product upon arrival.
    If you find any defects or if the delivered item differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange an exchange.

    If an exchange is not possible due to the item being sold out, discontinued, or limited edition, please return the product at our expense. After confirming the return, we will issue a refund for the product price and any cash-on-delivery handling fees.

    Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference after an order has been placed.

    Additionally, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
    • Items returned more than 8 days after delivery
    • Items that have been used
    • Items damaged or soiled by the customer
    • Items that have been altered or repaired by the customer
    • Items with missing, damaged, or lost packaging, tags, manuals, or accessories

    All products handled by our store meet the manufacturer’s quality standards and have passed inspection by authorized domestic distributors.
